The Dark Ship - Anne Bishop. I was very disappointed by this one dimensional story. I was expecting so much and it fell flat like a poorly made soufflé.

Little Things by Jim Butcher - I could tell that this was part of the Harry Desden series, although it stood on its own, I was distracted by not understanding the context of the characters. It didn’t tempt me to pick up where I left off with this series.
