I think it's dumb af that people criticize the protag for being good at what she does when a lot of time is dedicated to how much of herself she throws into learning how to be the best. She isn't just built that way, she works for it.

Oooo so far this is quite a mature and tasty writing style. I dunno whether this is YA or Adult but the writing style is nowhere near as juvenile as I expected from the cover.
