(1/2) So far started theorizing at John’s second chapter. I think its a massive red herring to think of Nona as possibly being Harrow or Gideon or even a mix of both. There’s traces of both but there’s gotta be something else in the mix. Now, its been established planets have souls, that’s what the Resurrection Beasts are.

(2/2) There’s a piece in John’s second chapter, while he’s been acknowledging Harrow at the end of each, that only makes sense if he’s addressing planet Earth directly (last paragraph of p. 74). Combining that with the fact planets have souls, I think Nona is in part LITERALLY PLANET EARTH. There is very little to back this up so far but I’m running with it.
