I'm not a huge fan of religious writing, let alone religious poetry, but I do like how the first poem, Until Tomorrow Comes, is more free-form than a rhyme-y poem.

At one point the poet uses about five exclamation marks at the end of a poem. Excess use of punctuation is not the way to get a feeling or emotion across, especially in poetry. The poem Today, Time Has Stopped was a good love poem that read like a classic as opposed to the others which read more modern and casual.

Encouragement For The Child is my favorite poem in the book so far. It was well written and had a great message. I liked that a mother could read it to their child. I'm glad to make it to the encouragement section finally because 40 plus pages of poems crying out for a good man was too much for me. Alone they might have been good, but in a collection it was too much.

In the poem I Want Your Love there are errors I can't overlook, such as using "u" for "you" and double punctuation at the end of one of the lines.
