The gloomy rain sings a sorrowful song,
It seems the perfect day to study at the park all morning long.

Under the red tin roof I shall wait,
For my knight in shining armor to change my fate.

Tomorrow morning it shall be,
Will my knight show up to rescue me?

Maybe time can be found,
Between the bells that sound.

Until noon I shall stay,
But I fear my knight will not come anyway.
