Just reached the Rohan/Faramir chapters and am drinking them up 🍻 Sam was watching Frodo sleeping, thinking about how beautiful he is and how much he loves him. Tolkien wrote that with his own two hands!!! Also Faramir and his men all wear hoods and masks?! HOT!!!!!!!

Faramir learning about The Ring and instead of being corrupted he's just like "lolllll keep that shit away from me" is so funny I love him ❤️ Also so happy for Eòmer (#1 Aragorn fan) who got to fight side-by-side with his idol. He's doodling pics of them fighting together in his diary rn ❤️

Aragorn lying down listening to a rock is objectively one of the hottest scenes in the movies - dare I say all of cinema - and I'm happy to report it's still hot in the books. Meanwhile Legolas has been wide awake for 3 days, running on nothing but lembas bread and the smell of spring, sprinting across the country WHILE SLEEPING? Wide awake, astral projecting into a nice warm bed, absolute goblin vibes... love him
