Got through parts I & II. We get to meet Eve's team and parts of it reminded me more of a technothriller or what I've read of Tom Clancy. Stupid how prejudice can cause people and authorities to be so stubborn, even with references and proof. Eve's man/agent was in custody and they wouldn't even release him back to her until she challenged the commissioner to snap into recognition where he realized he could use her.

Good momentum (for me) on my first run after midnight. This takes place on the days before and of Thanksgiving, set at the vicinity of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. This NYPD commissioner is blind to all but his ambition and his pride, acting idiotic. He has a concussion from his attack, is complaining internally about his constant disruptive ringing, and his daughter is missing. All he wants to do is work.
