Ok one thing I don't really get is why these kids are fighting the Yokai so hard without any concept of where they are coming from?
Even in my country where we don't really do myths, we have some and tell those to our children. These kids are just killing 'monsters' as if they never heard of the good ones. That's weird right? Where are their bed time stories? Or even the modern ones?

Also cool for having some conversations Irish (Gaelic?) BUT I DON'T SPEAK IT. So what we have this cool looking dude but unrecognisable as some mythological creature. Why should I care about this scene? For all I know the dad is haggling about the price of a BJ.

😮 I'm sorry what? The last page of chapter 16 is not okay. That feels very very yucky. One page she is drawn as a normal kid and now like a pin-up girl? I like those but they clearly portray women.
I hate this. The disjointed way of drawing. I you want sexy teenagers by all means draw that but stop switching. It really creeps me out.

*sigh* I was really hoping for not some female specific slurs at inappropriate times. 'Spider whore'? Really? She's older than dirt and never tried to seduce anyone while you knew her. Not the moment.

I think what I dislike the most in this story is that the kids seem very gung-ho on murdering other beings... Bit like lord of the flies. Which wasn't trying to say that is human nature.
