a few more "I don't know what I like sexually" and "I can't be magic I'm not good enough" and "... wait you like me everyone everywhere in this small town is actually pulling strings to make my life better????" chapters and we're finally on the last audiobook segment 9/9. It appears to be the "convergence" event. Everything's going wrong at once.

Bus stop. I'm changing my assessment. I no longer believe she is some sort of ultra-powerful chaos magician now. I assume she is a sex wizard and ultimate Merlin level sex wizard because that's the only explanation for why we keep bringing up. Her overly stated lack of sexual interest. It comes up every chapter. It's so weird why am I supposed to care about this?

I'm so confused. It just occurred to me. It's poor dude. Had his identity stolen. He's about to lose his house. The bank lady the bank teller lady is literally mocking him to his face in front of a police. Leo and so he tries to shoot her and hit himself by accident and so they arrest him and take him to the hospital. But this doesn't help his situation. How is he going to pay for heat for his family?

This book is so oddly weird about sex. Why did they keep bringing it up? One character tells another character. I like you, we're friends but if I dated your brother and we became sisters it would mean I'm having sex with your brother and then everyone says eww. What is this in service of? This is the fourth time that anyone has mentioned her dating this girl's brother and every time it's rejected soundly.

It feels like everyone in this ultra small Georgia town knows that Corey is a super powerful, awesome age who got her power that the teenager and they're all just pretending that she's normal. So she doesn't find out if it wasn't for the fact that this is the second or third character to suggest that she get herself tested for magic, I would assume everyone just knows she's magic and they're all pretending otherwise

Audiobook : I think we're starting to reach the point where our main character is suddenly realizing that her entire small town is in love with her. Everyone in this town is suddenly opening up about how much they know all of her Harry Potter type struggles and how much they all want her to succeed and how much. Their relationship with her is only pretended to be negative but they really all just like her they really
