I'm getting so close to the end and there's both a lot happening and almost nothing at the same time.

I am moving very slowly through this novel. I think it suffers from many first-time author problems. It's still not bad, it's just a bit much to wade through quickly.
I do want to finish it before the end of the year though.

Slowly but surely making progress. It's not bad but there are a lot of little things that kind of annoy me.

It took me a minute to get into the writing style bc it's not a super common one, at least not in genres I typically read. So far the names are a bit confusing but it feels like a journey book, not a destination book so we'll see how this goes.
