Oh, two more stoires----

Anyway, this story was okay. Nothing particular about it, either bad or good.

I do gotta say that I did like that for once instead of the client explaining the situation, we found out about it differently, even if it was just by newspaper.

THREE MORE SHORT STORIES TO GO, WOO

So, as intriguing as the the title was for this one with the whole thumb thing and as good as the build up was, I feel like I read nothing.

It feels like Doyle started writing this story, but got bored midway and just wrapped it up out of nowhere..

No resolution, no plot twists, no badass Sherlock, it just felt... empty and rushed?

Yooooooo, now THAT was a perfect story.

Had it's creepy moments, funny and weird moments, and most importantly, it's gay moments.

I liked the reveal, and this one sure was a page turner, even tho I spoiled the ending of it for myself.

Eh.

This one was fine. The premise was unique, kinda, but I did end up finding it to be kinda boring.

I wasn't really invested in the characters and the plot wasn't as shocking or anything. Then again, I was also tired while reading, so that may have also affected it I liked the ending tho a lot.

Also, this story gets a minus for abusing poor geese >:(

I liked the plot twist of this one.

The location with the whole den thing was interesting, and I got so excited when Sherry showed up.

The set up was fine, I'm not too amazed, but then again, I am also very tired, so...

But the plot twist and the reveal sure is rather peculiar

Kinda an interesting story.

Felt kinda empty?? If that makes sense.

It was fascinating see this angry and vengeful version of Sherlock.
As well as show that not all of Sherry's plans always succeed and that sometimes things don't work out as he wants them.

Kinda reminded me of The Sign of Four tho, and I found that story to be kinda average as well tbh.

Anyway, finished yet another short story.
I liked this one more than the previous one. It was kinda weird and some parts were a little bit predictable, but that's cause of the small cast of characters.

Still, the concept was interesting enough and it was easy to understand.

Only issue I had were some mild, misogynistic undertones with the whole "don't take the delusion from a woman" or whatever

I didn't like the second story as much as I did the first, I found it to be kinda bland, but I still had fun reading about Sherry and Watson :)

Finished Irene's story, which was honestly such a delight to read.

Love that Sherlock gets character development, loved her character, utterly impressed that a story from 19th century had her be better written than the 21st century shows and movies.

Such a badass character.
