Tried the Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies recipe and the dough was stickier and less firm than usual, so baked in a muffin pan for about 20 minutes. Use liners as the melted chocolate sticks like glue to the pan even with nonstick spray. Used sourdough starter that was placed in the fridge at peak, so followed the discard amount instead. Would recommend adding more flour as needed or less discard. Flavour is ok.
