Okay these names are killing me and the accent the audio book guy does for Harshaw sounds just like the detective from Knives Out.

But some interesting and complex plot developments are coming along! Harshaw seems like… very sexist but he’s also seeming to be more of an antagonist figure as the story progresses.

This is really cool!! I’m kind of confused if the books is referring to martians as aliens FROM Mars or humans who have moved to Mars.
