So I couldn't get past the first few chapters every time I tried to read this. Now I'm listening to it, which made it much easier to digest. I still think the beginning is the worst SJM has written so far, but it really does get better after that.

First attempt was in early 2021 or late 2020. Didn't get it. Didn't understand why there was so much pointless cursing. Didn't get any sense of plot. But... Here we are, I've only finished one book in the last 9 months I think, and I'm a huge SJM fan. So here we are, giving this another go. ♥
