Something very important happened, LILY DIED!! And Jane and Benson were devastated about it, and i feel like they built a better relationship after it happened. A signpost I found was a memory moment. Benson had suddenly remembered the highway he was taken to the school on, which was so helpful because Laura had no idea what to say after he came back to her.

Benson and Becky are discovering things, that are getting very important to the story. But they can't tell anyone else because no one will believe them. This is important because I have a very strong feeling Benson is going to escape so with all the evidence he has, he can probably report the school once he's out.

A signpost I found was a memory moment. Benson keeps remembering Jane and Lily, and how much he misses them. This is important because Benson is realizing how much he loved them while he was in class.

The book is actually starting to get good! One signpost I noticed was again and again. When Benson kept yelling for Jane and she couldn't hear him. But it turns out she was a robot? android? This is important to the story because Benson would have never expected this to happen and this makes the book even more dystopian.

A signpost I found today was a memory moment. Benson was talking to Becky about how in Pittsburg it would be snowing, because of how cold it was. It was important to the story because you can tell Benson partly misses Pittsburg, but he didn't miss when he had to move houses a bunch.

A signpost I noticed was again and again. I realized Benson keeps talking about how the students are the rats but and the school is experimenting on them, but there not experimenting and doing science well. He said "There are not enough variables". This is important to the story because Benson is definitely going to escape but what if he reports the school after he gets out. A social issue is child endangerment.

I found that Jane was telling Benson don't escape and which is the words of the wiser and again and again. This is important because Benson is definitely going to attempt to escape again but I feel like he could even be escaping with Jane. Benson even was looking through the janitors closet to find tools for escaping, which is a sign. He was also talking about when he was back in Pittsburg because he misses freedom.

A signpost I found was again and again. Benson kept just talking to Becky to make sure they actually should escape the school. Eventually he bailed out and didn't do it. Which upsets me because just Benson alone has attempted to escape at least 3 times now, but has failed every single time.

One signpost I found while reading was contrast and contradictions. Benson was expecting to be able to escape without getting caught or getting detention but the times hes tried he hasn't made it for any of them. But I think he will eventually. Personally, I would do the same thing if I was in that school, because it sounds like a horrendous school to be taught at.

My book was getting more creepy and mysterious, Benson kept hearing voices when he was up late at night. He was walking around the school when nobody else was awake but heard voices saying "Come out, come out, wherever you are" over and over again. If I would have heard that I would have ran away, but I am not the only one who thinks that because Benson is thinking of doing that too.

Benson started a sport, he started paintball for his school. One signpost I found was again and again which was when Benson just kept getting shot but never gave up. Honestly that is also a theme, to never give up. Everyone kept shooting him but he didn't want his team to lose just because of him, so he kept playing. That's just really motivational.
