I don't even know what words to use for this book. It's so different. So beautiful. I just finished it in a marathon reading this weekend, when I should have been doing other things. It was not put-down-able. The writing, like the main character herself, was both ethereal and so powerfully rooted. It was like poetry, and brought Glencoe alive as myth and reality both.
