Chapter 1 is good! The reading experience reminds me of "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg. That was a really good self-help book about habit making.
This book seems promising so far, even though I'm familiar with some of the information due to a ton of reading I've done on the subject. The writing is still good and makes me think of it in a slightly different perspective!

Finished Part 0. It felt like it went on very slightly longer than necessary but it set up the rest of the book well and exposed the reader to the main principles well.
The Spark is essentially an idea or "aha moment". The Grind is doing the work to achieve that goal.
These are both real concepts that others have written about so I'm optimistic that the book will have educational value and won't just be a cash grab.

First 10 pages felt unnecessary. They are meant to convince you why you should read this book. I bought it after reading the summary so I knew what the purpose of the book was. It made me want the book to skip to the helpful part.

The definition of "Spark" and "Grind" as the author uses them starts on page 11.
