This has nothing to do with the book, but rather a question of why the word “caparison” over on dictionary.CON (hurrhurr) emphasizes in italics frankly a weird way of pronunciation. Why kuh-par-uh-son and not kah-parhish-tion as if placing a cape over a horse was a way of enhancing its apparition in an open parish of smelly dungs? aM iBeCoMiNg aN iGnAT like iGnAtIus?
