Loved this book, each of us have Resurrection power within us, God isn't finished with us yet!!

If you were under the impression that God only uses perfect people then you may not have been paying attention or reading the Bible. There has only been one perfect person used, that was Jesus!! When we face failure in life, we can choose between either remorse (deep regret for a wrong committed) or repentance (turn from ungodly ways towards God).

God didn't make us to be warrior's so that we'd be perfect; he made us to be warrior's so that we'd fight our fears, learn from our mistakes, and live to fight another day.

Samson had so much physical strength such as killing 1000 men, ripping off the two seven hundred pound doors, but he couldn't resist Delilah. She kept asking him for his secret to what strengthens him and then she would leave because he wasn't revealing the truth. He was weak that he couldn't resist going back to her.

We destroy our lives one step at a time. Like Samson walked to see the prostitute 25 miles or 26000 steps, he had enough time to repent and turn back. It's the same thing on our phone when we click an ad, then another until we are buried in porn.

We must continue to be spirit led and NOT emotional driven, we need to fully surrender to God and be the hands and feet for Him!!

Men don't ask for directions because we are too proud to admit that we need help. We fail to grab the lifeline that God throws to us. We need to be humble.

If God is for us, who can be against us?? God rejects pride!!

Samson lost the riddle to the Philistines because they threatened his wife, she got him to tell her the answer to the riddle. His repsonse was " you have been plowing with my heifer, that is how you know the answer." As husbands we should never take lessons from this meathead, never allow anyone to "plow" with your wife and never call your wife a heifer.

When we allow our feelings to control us we end up doing things in the flesh and things that we don't like to do.
