Good advice, but it's repetitive and often painfully corporate - there's a system here that could definitely work for humans outside of work, especially neurodivergent folks (the shortened deadlines are a particularly good fit for ADHDers, imo) but the book rarely talks about personal goals and successes and is much more focussed on the white collar business audience.
