Upon reading the first four chapters of Fasting for Breakthrough and Deliverance I am BLOWN AWAY! This book is incredibly powerful and will be used mightily to dislodge the kingdom of darkness when properly received and applied to oneslife in the name of Jesus. The book is VERY informative and includes both Scriptures, as well as declarations/prayers for breakthrough, deliverance, and more. I would highly recommend!

Chapters 5-12 cover a variety of different topics such as defeating the spirits of poverty, fear, rejection, anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, oppression, slothfulness, laziness, and procrastination, all within the main subject of the book, that is fasting. John Eckhardt made a couple statements that I would like to quote, "a fasted lifestyle is a powerful lifestyle" and "our prayers are like gasoline to the fire."
