Third of the way through, now. I still find the format a bit weird. Can't tell if it's the style of the book, or the MC's apathy (which is entirely understandable, given the circumstance—though were it me, I'd like to think I'd have tried a bit harder to get away), but this book is pretty slow going. Interesting, though. I still have no idea where this story's going, which is good. I like surprises in my plots.
