- I’m reading this one in advance of the MG group’s romance readathon next month and this is one of Lynn’s recommendations!
- Alexis tried to point out all reasons why Noah isn’t a viable romantic option but they seem flimsy to me. Noah has very good morals and he is always right in what he calls people out for.
- Alexis does think she’s too good for SmartMart. I hope she’ll become more appreciative soon.

- This book is almost over and she still hasn’t told her supposed best friend that her new boyfriend is his archenemy.
- Though I totally agree with her opinion that both the boys are being stupid by not letting go of an old and dumb grudge.
- I reckon there’s a twist coming and that that twist will be that Noah wasn’t the one who really snitched on Bryce. I’m calling it now!

- I don’t think there’s any problem with Alexis and Noah being friends. Yes, he snitched, but that was ages ago and Bryce deserved it.
- BUT I don’t think it’s ok for Alexis to hide her friendship with Noah from her friends. She’s not obligated to tell them but by going out of her way to hide him she’s lying to them. Now her friends are going to be mad that she lied as well as that they’re friends.

- It’s a good thing I’m reading this under the cover of darkness because the amount of blushing this book is making me do is unreal. It’s too cute!
- Both love interests having younger sisters named after princesses is too weird of a coincidence. Although plausible but weird.
- I think Noah’s dad might be abusive which would be sad but is the only thing I can think of to explain some of the strange hints.

AurorainBookland I can't believe it's a week and 3 days away!

Kadi P I know right! Time flies and I still need to sort out the book list. I swear I will be on time with this one!
Anyway if this read is any indication, I think this is going to be one of my fave readathons of the year!👏🏻

:) glad to hear it! I'm excited to read some romance MG novels, I read a few over the years and they are cute. So unlike YA romance, which is harder to find as I like PG romance i.e. hand holding and maybe a kiss. Like in a Disney kid movie.

Kadi P I think this one is very PG. I mean I’m only 1/4 through so I’ll update you on that when I get to the end but so far it’s very tame but still sweet.
I’ve never read an mg romance book so I’m really looking forward to trying one of your recommendations!

Thanks, Iv'e never read my recs either so Im excited to read 2 of them too, lol! I picked Small town pride and all you knead is love since the library has them. Same with my YA picks but I have read the Matched triology and its dystopian but tame er dystopian and I loved them the movie like book trailers are so good. But I didnt recomend it because its focus isnt romance from what I remember.

Lynn I'm not sure if I'd classify this as MG but definitely YA.

Kadi P Oh yeah Lynn this is definitely YA as can be seen by the characters’ ages but it’s very tame romance. So far it’s completely PG but I’m only halfway through at the moment so that could change.
