this guy is so hypocritical. ogling her in a movie he recognizes as talking about the dangers of the male gaze. a movie where the main girl stabs the guy who objectifies her yet all he can focus on is her beauty??

I wanted to like this book but it was just bad quality wattpad. The guy is an asshole who only thinks of her as an object. The incorporation of the MeToo movement felt distasteful? It read like the argument “not all men are bad”; as if it were trying to disprove the movement? I get it but idk i just didn’t feel right. I love the concept. Hated the execution. It was also just force feeding her upcoming works.
