Well it took me awhile but I finally figured out my problem. I read My Sweet Captive Jan. 2020. So when I started this it felt like I was reading the same book.
My Sweet Captive is actually in Andrés’ POV & 37 pages.
This one starts over in Sam's POV.
So I'm close to the déjà vu sensation coming to an end.

This is super steamy, but I expected more than just one sex scene after another. I expected some sort of action between the FBI and these Big Time crime guys.
