Book club book for November. Looks like a 2 week read prior to Bleak House. I will slow read with notes and quotes. A Jane Austen love story. Completely forgettable when I last read it possibly due to me just powering through it as an audiobook on 1.25 speed. I’ll do a proper read as many say this is her finest work, better than Pride and Prejudice. I must keep an open mind about this “Chick Lit”!

Next Novembers book club read. I’ll re-read it now, slowly, 2 chapters a day, with copious notes so I can free up book club time at the end of the year. I’ll do the same with Brave New World and 1984 replacing those reads next June and July with these authors biographies and/or other works. I want to add We along with those dystopian literature and Amusing ourselves to death as analysis.
