I accidentally spoiled myself for this scene but I really wish that the author put a trigger warning in the beginning of the book because I usually try to stay away from books that have scenes like this.

I didn't know going into this that the main character has epilepsy. As a person with epilepsy, the prologue accurately represents what it is like if you have epilepsy. When she was talking about going to the doctor, and they repeatedly asked her the same questions, that hit a little too close to home. This is also the first book that I have read where epilepsy is represented, and I love this book even more for that.
