I started this a long time ago. I absolutely adore J.T. Geissinger but I'm having trouble getting anywhere with this one. I know it's me more then story, though this is slow paced.
It's just to much 'Sorrow'. Which I can't handle right now. Too much sorrow in my Real Life to read books about it or people dealing with it.
I'm going to try One More Chapter. If I don't click with it by then, I may dnf.

I am NOT a happy camper. The story started getting really good. I was totally into it. Then BAM everything went upside down and we are back to Intense Sorrow! I'm pissed

Just made it to part 2, 29%
It's growing on me. Getting better.
And HOLY CRAP was the last chapter 🔥🥵🔥
It's still a little slow paced, but I was able to get into it more.

I know it's me. Not the story.
I'm really having a hard time getting into much of anything, but any book that is 'drama' or 'sorrow' is almost impossible for me right now.
I don't know what to do!
