Ok, wait? Is just everyone in this elevator already dead? And the different floors are just different ghosts and he is just imagining it all? Cause that would be so cool. The only reason why I bring this up is that I read a book like it once and every time I read a book I think about it. Is this person a ghost? Cause it's doing some ghost-type of stuff. Also, who was choking him out? That part didn't make much sense.

Before reading this book I was briefly taught in the book's preface. Keep in mind the word briefly. I knew about how someone got shot, but the whole school? Who did it? Did someone shoot up the school? What type of school? Another thing, what are the rules? Why are they intact? Did someone enforce them or is it a gangster initiation kind of thing? Also, I know how his brother die but why was he the only one shot?
