The pacing of this book is a bit odd? They were just talking about Friendsgiving and how Christmas is so far away and now we’re at Christmas. I guess they talked about all of the bookings and clients around the holidays but the timeline and pacing is just weird to me

Competitors in the business becoming friends while she has to do the emotional labor of explaining the patriarchy to him? Yuck
