This book jumps around with timelines. I don't think it's clear though. Things are described that have already happened. I think I'm getting it.

I think I'm enjoying this. It's slightly confusing though. I thought train man had a girlfriend and she discovered his name is James? Then there's a new train man and she imagines he's called Milo? Now it's back to train man James. I think I'm a bit lost but I'm sort of invested now, even through I'm not made on some of the cringey descriptions.
