Arguably better than first impressions had me thinking it would be, but also a slightly hard read in the sense of the traumatic past the main character and her mother had. Main character seems a little too sullen for my taste, but that's also most likely a me problem

Part of having a TBR of at least 63 books is there's books like this that seem interesting in theory until a random number generator picks it as your next book and you suddenly have zero interest in actually ever reading it. Wish me luck
