Ants 🐜 talk with behaviour no one ant 🐜 thinks for itself. It relies on other ant’s behaviour to build, nurse, scavenger or such. There is no ant with a clip board giving direction if a scavenger ant 🐜 comes in contact with enough ants 🐜 then it pulls more builders away from building if the weather changes a flood more scavenger ants will become builders.

No ant is wealthy or smarter in fact you see them struggle and think they are clumsy and in need of help.
When in reality they are behaving to communicate for the colony’s betterment.
Team work makes a colony work better and more productive but with out thinking 🤔 only with behavioural hormones that make it is.
