Ummm . . . Achilles' heel is the name of the condition (and not even the correct term for it), not the body part. Therefore you cannot SEVER an Achilles heel.
You can CUT an Achille's TENDON, sure. But given it's the largest and strongest tendon in the body, you can't really sever it.
