We must pay attention when there is unrest within our hearts and minds, and make time to take care of those thoughts and emotions in times of solitude 🤍 🙏

It’s important to spend time alone, and to allow others the space to be alone too.

Being alone facilitates knowing yourself. The more you understand, and lead yourself, the more you can understand, and lead others.

Time is blurring itself in Paul’s mind to the point that he can’t even remember what’s real and what isn’t. I feel like this happens to me sometimes when I’m trying to recall facts or feelings of the past, which makes me wonder how accurate my perception of those events were in the first place 🧐

It is tempting to mourn the foreseen future, but if we worry about that, we are unable to fully enjoy life, and live in the present moment 🤍

Paul has killed the warrior Jamis, and is now at his funeral. Everyone’s telling kind or generous, or sacrificial or brave things that he did for them while he was alive.

I want to remember the good in the people in my life.. not just the deceased. And in those who aren’t currently in my life too. I want to always remember the good they brought to my life; the beautiful things, now while they live and breathe

The more time we spend in the present moment, the more the present moment changes how we spend time 🤍
