📚 on page 60/188, I Want to Die but I Want to Eat Tteokbokki. on how our nurtured perspective moulds our self-surveillance, self-satisfaction, thought/input processing. tho briefly put into lines, enough to give us the surface idea. (p/s: i relate to this a lot, used to be drowned w emotional extremes till i think, "it's hard and exhausted being me" i struggled finding moderation in how to actually feel.)
