I'm confused and a little peeved that Sadie keeps going back and forth between wanting to take Bakari down and making excuses for him.

Her target had beheaded and mutilated his ex-wife and Sadie's friend, sent her chopped off fingers and his excuse of wanting to save his daughter leaves her thinking this: "All the disgust and hate she'd built up for the man drained out of her. Who could fault a father for wanting to save his daughter."

Seriously?

Started out great, but things have slowed down quite a bit. I hope this goes through an editor before its release though.
