I think this very book was also done by using the "slow" concept. It was done in such a way and meant to be read in a "slow" manner too.
Reading it familiarises you with the "slow" concept, gets you into that mode.
It isn't a lot of words and instead complemented with aesthetic illustrations and pictures.

I usually am a bit picky and hesitant about books like this (I have a difficult time justifying forking out money to buy books with pretty pictures instead) but this time, I just brush the feeling off and thought, "alright, I'm going to enjoy the pretty pictures and just take my time reading what it has got to say. This is me taking my time off".
