I never cease to bust a gut laughing at every Blue Grass Boy's account of Birch Monroe.

This book is an utter delight. I love Mark's writing style. It's throwing me right into the center of what it'd be like to join the Blue Grass Boys as an outside. Mark isn't afraid to describe the bizarre land of Billness, which makes every page wildly fun. Monroe's - and everyone else's - colorful personality shines through.
