i won't lie: it's getting difficult to read what with all the needless whinging and general patheticness. one has to make allowances for general sillyness in historical romance but sometimes i just feel like screaming "GET OVER IT AND SHAG!" at my kindle before i realise how mental i would seem to my housemates. however, i really do feel for lily as a character, and her need to be loved is strikingly relatable.
