in hindsight, i probably should have started with entry-level poetry instead of sylvia plath. regardless, im 22 pages in(taking this slow and really trying to sit with the poetry),and it took me about half way to figure out how to even READ the poetry.i realized that this is the first poetry collection im reading outside of school(idk why i would start with plath)so far, i like “night shift” and “the eyemote”
