So far:
- Stevie (main character) is okay. I relate to her love for true crime.
- Their circle of friends seems interesting EXCEPT FOR SOMEONE
- That someone is David, which according to the summaries of the other books is the male lead. He is a jerk. I hate him.

But I love the mystery. Although the constant shifting between past and present is quite distracting for me.
