slowly realizing I’m not enjoying this. it’s just like a guy walking through Germany in the 1930’s and occasionally making remarks about its history with no through-line. I just, ugh… I don’t think I’m pretentious enough for this. we’ll see. I’ll keep going. maybe I’m just in a mood
