"survivor type" - i remember reading this one. the surgeon stranded after a boat sinks and then eats himself? great but horrifying.

i thought i read this back in high school but none of the stories are familiar. picked it up again when i heard "the jaunt" will be made into a movie. so starting at that story & go from there.
