I think that Timothy creates this memory moment where he wants a time machine to go back to when Marisol was Levi's doctor because, he feels that he has a connection with Marisol can tell her anything.

T's mom is faced with a tough question in paragraph 28. she is informed that there is a docter in Colombus Ohio that can "fix" Levi but Timothy wants to make sure everything is safe before he takes this risk. In chapters 28-31, I learned that Timothy cares about Levi more than anything else and he wants the best for him no matter what.

There was an again and again when Timothy brings up Mrs. B. I think that Timothy thinks of Mrs. B the same way he thinks of his teachers. They tell him everythings okay even when they're not.

When Timothy finds a doctor that can fix Levi, T does not flip out and tell his mom. I think T does this because he wants everything to be perfect before he lets his brother get this surgery. And I also think that if his mom found out, she wouldn't understand. T wants everything to be proven to be "okay" before his brother goes through it.

T's life is all about changes. He blames everything on himself, how she shouldn't have opened his big mouth and now marisole is gone. How he doesnt know what his spark is anymore

I think House Arrest is mostly a lot of compare and contrasts, comparing how T would feel if his life was different and also specifically stating that he is "OK".

I think that Timothy mostly compares how he is feeling to another situation because he doesn't know how else to express himself how he wants it to come across. Although, I think that the author does a good job comparing and contrasting because it makes it a lot easier to understand how Timothy is feeling.

Timothy is overwhelmed with his brother out of the hospital but he soon realizes that nothing has changed and his life is spiraling back onto the same path that he was on before.

I think that the way Timothy's thoughts are wriiten out in his journal compared to his real thoughts is what keeps him in check. Timothy knows that his brother is different. He also knows that because Levi is sick, his mother feels tired and worn out. This makes Timothys character change.
