At the beginning of the year I challenged myself to read 50 books that I already own (including audio and ebooks) before buying anymore because I was running out of shelf space. I’m at 49 now and one of my favorite sf authors Adrian Tchaikovsky has two new books coming out this week. My main issue is with vintage paperbacks, I cant stay out of thrift stores that sell them cheap. Is that just me?

I can relate! I few years back now I got two boxes of vintage Sci-fi and fantasy paperbacks (including some real classics) for about .0 each after shipping. It was over 200 books. I've read a good chunk of them, but between fun used book stores, library book sales, and good reads helping me find stuff to take out of the library, catching up seems a task that will never happen. It's OK tough, the 'to read' shelf is a thing (an actual shelf, not just on good reads) though mine is actually a deacon's bench (all the shelves, of course, are full).
