Also, using unnecessarily scientific language to describe the process of making scrambled eggs does not make you a better or more sophisticated cook. They’re still scrambled eggs. 🙄

Oh dear. I don’t know if I can handle this. We’re already deep in the “idyllic 60’s but oppressed smart women” thing.
I know it’s minor, but the air in So Cal is actually clear NOW than it was in the 60’s- government regulations outlawed leaded fuel and increased fuel efficiency.
So, is this going to play to what people want to *think* the past was, exaggerating it’s warts and beauty marks?
