"Mexican pastries always smell so much better than they taste." Laughed out loud as I remember always thinking this when I lived in San Jose del Cabo. Pastries were beautifully shaped, golden brown and aromatic. But, all tasted alike and not very good. One exception, the bolillo rolls - staple at dinner - crusty on outside, chewy and delicious.

Intriguing characters. Bibi is a hoot! Am completely curious where Jones is taking me on this journey. Back to the ARC.
