I started and stopped this book a couple of times before I decided I just needed to plow through it. It's such a massive book, I don't know if the size intimidated me or if I just wasn't that into the story in the beginning. Once I got about a third of the way through, though, I was into the story and loving it like I do all Outlander books.

I feel like I've been reading these books forever, and I am only halfway through! This series is definitely a commitment, but now that I've gotten this far I'm committed! That's not to say I don't enjoy the series immensely because I do! The Frasers/MacKenzies are in America, Bree and Roger are about to get married, and life seems to go okay for them until Jaimie gets the letter to muster men for the crown.
