Done with book 1! definitely see the doctor who ness of it all. to get the most out of it, i do think that you'd need to just accept that there are oddities and parts of the book/world that you will not understand, and that you are just like arthur dent. a mere human who is along for the ride. but! amusing and fun nonetheless, to read about their adventures.

there's 5 novels in one technically. but an easy read so i won't count them as individual books, i guess.
